Fumitoshi Fujiwara

Mr. Fujiwara joined Shuwa Corporation in 1989. He worked within the financial department of Shuwa Corporation headquarters and at Shuwa Investment Corporation specializing in a broad range of equity dealings such as M&A, financing in newly developed real estates, financial　management and accounting.

He joined Koei Co., Ltd. in 1993 and widely expanded his work to include funding, fund management and Investor Relations. He was also part of the project team that promoted KOEI’s successful listing on Second Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange. Soon after that success, he established KOEI CAPITAL Co., Ltd to make investments in venture companies. In 1999, he has served as CFO of Koei Co., Ltd.

In 2000, he joined Spiralstar Japan, Inc. and served as director and executive partner. In 2000, he took the position of absentee director of Due-Diligence Meister Inc. In 2002, he established Star Capital Partners, Inc. and assumed the position of CEO.

Mr. Fujiwara founded AC Capital Inc. which had been one of the most famous private equity company in 2003. Since 2003, he has also served as executive board member of Japanese Association of Turnaround Professionals. In AC Capital, he raised JP¥20 billion named "ACC PE Fund Ⅰ" and had invested Tully's Coffee Japan, OK Food ect.

In 2009, he founded Eaglestone Capital.
